The colors in the 2nd photo are a combination of Fuschia and Fuschia AB. The colors in the 3rd photo are a mix of Sapphire and Light Topaz, along with a Crystal Rondelle spacer bead.

As this is a custom-made order and being a small, start-up business, we may not have every crystal / bead color in stock.  Therefore, please allow 10-14 business days for the production of your order, in addition to the shipping speed you select at checkout.  We will do everything possible to make and ship your custom order as quickly as we can.  NOTE:  If you select the option to proof your order via email, this could add additional processing time, depending on how quick you respond.  

 

All U.S. orders will ship USPS First Class Mail (2-6 business days), unless another postage type is selected at checkout.

 

Int'l shipping to anywhere outside of the U.S. can possibly take 2-3 weeks or longer. It is out of our control how long it may take for a package to clear customs.  *Int'l Buyers are responsible for any duties, import fees or custom charges that may be incurred at the country of destination.

Our collars are sized according to your dog’s ACTUAL NECK SIZE, not by the total length of the collar.  This is important, so that you don't end up with a collar that is too large for your dog.

 

Here's how to do it:  Take a flexible (cloth) measuring tape and gently wrap it around the center of your dog’s neck (not too high or too low ... should be the place where your current collar normally rests.)  We’ll need a snug measurement, so be sure to pull the tape right up to your dog’s neck with no slack (refer to the example picture.)  In the event you want to check your existing collar for proper fitting, you should be able to slide 2 fingers underneath.

 

Ideally, you’ll want your dog’s neck measurement to fall close to the center range of the size of the collar you’re ordering.  For example, if your dog's neck measurement is 18", then a size 17″ – 20″ collar will provide the best fit, especially if he's still growing.  If your dog's measurement is bordering between sizes, go up in size if he's still growing. 
 

Still unsure about what size to select, or you don't have a cloth measuring tape handy?  Take a photo of your dog’s current collar laid out flat next to a measuring tape, like in our photo (the one with the pink collar.)  Be sure to place the tape at the start of the dog collar material (not the end of the collar buckle or snap.)  We'll then need you to point / indicate the hole you normally adjust it to.  Email your photo to us at: info@blackdogleatherworks.com and we’ll respond back to you asap with what size to order!
