The Swarovski Round flat-back crystals are a classic stunner, available in over 100 rays of color.
These particular crystals are flat-backs (vs. sew-in beads), therefore they are adhered to the browband with an industrial-strength waterproof, flexible adhesive, that ensures the crystals stay in place for years to come.
The leather horse browbands are padded on the back-side and have at least 1 inch loops on the ends for a snug fit. We have 1.5 and 2 inch loops available upon request. NOTE: The U-Shaped browbands w/sliders come with 2 inch loops, as the reason for the sliders are so you can tighten the gap.

To create a personalized browband, please select your custom product details within each drop-down box. *Refer to the color chart picture to choose the color(s) you'd like for your custom browband. *The 3 repetitous colors used in the picture example are Rose Metallic, Fire Opal, and Copper.
For the color pattern, there is a section where you can let us know what design you'd like, i.e. all the same color, alternate between 2 or 3 colors, ombre style (dark to light or light to dark), etc.
If you'd prever a non-standard, custom browband size, i.e. 15.5" or 16.5", please send us a message after you place your order and we will do everything we can to make that happen. Otherwise, the standard sizes are available in the drop-down section. Please refer to the 'Sizing How-to's' for detailed info as to measuring your existing browband for a perfect fit.
To ensure your satisfaction, during the ordering process you can choose to receive an email proof of your order before the product is finalized, so as to ensure you are happy with the colors and design. We highly recommend this, although it's not required.

We will provide an exchange if a different size browband is needed, and within 14 days from the date your initial order was received, but, we'd really like you to be happy the first time around. Therefore, please contact us with any sizing questions you may have, especially after reading the 'Sizing How-to's' section about browband measurements.
If an exchange is needed, please email us at info@blackdogleatherworks.com or submit a 'Contact' request, and we'll provide you with a return mailing address.
You will be liable to cover the return postage fee.
We will then mail your exchanged item back to you for free, no add'l cost to you, once the returned item is received. NOTE that the processing time to create the new custom browband might be the same as the original order timeframe.
We strongly advise using tracking and/or insurance when returning items, as we will not be responsible for any lost returns.
As this is a custom-made order and being a small, start-up business, we may not have every crystal / bead color in stock. Therefore, please allow 10-14 business days for the production of your browband, in addition to the shipping speed you select at checkout. We will do everything possible to make and ship your custom order as quickly as we can. NOTE: If you select the option to proof your order via email, this could add additional processing time, depending on how quick you respond to the email request.
All U.S. orders will ship USPS First Class Mail (2-6 business days), unless another postage type is selected at checkout.
Int'l shipping to anywhere outside of the U.S. can possibly take 2-3 weeks or longer. It is out of our control how long it may take for a package to clear customs. *Int'l Buyers are responsible for any duties, import fees or custom charges that may be incurred at the country of destination.
For a perfect browband fit, we suggest you measure an existing browband that fits your horse well. NOTE: If you're in between sizes, i.e. 15 1/2 or 16 1/2, you should size up to the next whole number. You don't want the browband to fit too snug.
Here’s how to do it:

Remove the existing browband from your bridle.

Lay the browband on a hard surface making sure to depress the loops.

Measure the browband from end to end straight across (even if it is a U or shape.)

Compare that measurement in inches to our list of sizes (14, 15, 16, 17.)
