Due to the personalized nature, we are unable to offer a full refund for custom-made products. 

 

To ensure your satisfaction, during the ordering process you can choose to receive an email proof of your order before the product is finalized. We highly recommend this, although it's not required.

As this is a custom-made order and being a small business, we may not have every crystal / bead color in stock.  Therefore, please allow 10-14 business days for the production of your order, in addition to the shipping speed you select at checkout.  We will do everything possible to make and ship your custom order as quickly as we can.  NOTE:  If you select the option to proof your order via email, this could add additional processing time, depending on how quick you respond to the email request.  

 

All U.S. orders will ship USPS First Class Mail (2-6 business days), unless another postage type is selected at checkout.

 

Int'l shipping to anywhere outside of the U.S. can possibly take 2-3 weeks or longer. It is out of our control how long it may take for a package to clear customs.  *Int'l Buyers are responsible for any duties, import fees or custom charges that may be incurred at the country of destination.

For a perfect belt fit, with leeway to adjust for a tighter or looser fit depending on the style of pant you're wearing, please follow these steps:

• Find an existing belt that fits you.

• Lay the belt flat, and with a measuring tape measure the length from the prong (this is the knob that goes into the hole of the belt), to the hole you normally use on the belt. 

• Type that measurement (in inches) into the ordering form within the Sizing section. We will give you additional holes in case you want to wear it looser or tighter.
